Here are three students waiting for their morning snack of chai tea and jam sandwich.
Little Tabitha gives thanks for the food.
Here is Pastor Paul giving the day's bible story on the armor of God.
Teacher Veronica provides a loving, safe, and welcoming environment to 63 students in her classroom no bigger than a typical bedroom in the U.S.
Here are some of Veronica's students reading the animal poem book sent by my teaching buddy Lindsay Walker from Edy Ridge Elementary in Sherwood, Oregon. thanks Lindsay! They loved the book! The little girl on the left is Esther.
Here I am with Esther. A few months ago she was hit and then run over by a car. She was rushed to the hospital with the whole community of Jamii praying on her behalf. They found her to be completely unharmed with no internal injuries whatsoever. One of many miracles here at Jamii.
Pastor Paul's chalkboard reads, "THE AMOR OF GOD" Before reading your caption, I assumed this was about the "amore" (love) of God. Then I read that the lesson was about the "armor" of God, and thought, "really, is there a difference?"
