My Bags are Packed...

24 hours to go!  24 team mates. 24 teachers to teach. 24 days away...ish.  The team will be back on Aug. 16, but team mate Ingrid and I will stay in Amsterdam for a week on the way back to explore her homeland.  We will be returning Aug. 22.  If you wish to receive email notices of my blog posts, please sign up at the bottom of the post.  Otherwise, you can find my posts on Facebook.  Thank you all once again for your support and prayers. Kenya 2015

Jambo friends!  This year's Kenya team is busy packing, planning, and prepping for our July 31 departure. We will be returning to the three communities that we have been serving with in Eldoret, Kangundo, and Haruma.  The new Eldoret Jamii school is complete and we will be there to help dedicate it! We are also looking forward to the dedication of the new medical clinic in Kangundo!  At the New Dawn  Academy in Haruma we will again be providing a healing arts camp based on the story of Joseph and forgiveness. Lots has been happening in the last year with our organization Kizimani.  We appreciate your prayers and interest in following our journey to help bring sustainability and hope to our partners in Kenya.  Our new website will be up soon, so I'll keep you posted!  Asante Sana!
